China-Europe cargo train port sees new high

(MENAFN) A total of 5,000 China-Europe cargo trains have traveled through Alataw Pass, a main land port in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, this year, seeing a new high. A train transporting electronic goods, clothes and other goods crossed the pass en route to Poland's Malaszewicze on Wednesday, becoming the 5,000th China-Europe cargo train to travel through the pass. China-Europe cargo trains have donated to the international fight against the coronavirus pandemic, particularly in ensuring the supply chain among the Belt and Road countries and areas, stated Xu Yueheng, a customs officer of Alataw Pass.
