Amazingly, no one was hurt! MESA, AZ (3TV/CBS 5) -- Some scary moments for residents of a Mesa apartment Monday night, when a pickup truck came plowing right into the side of the building. It happened around 8 p.m.

Monday at the Reflections Apartments near Lindsay and McKellips roads[1]. Mesa Fire and Medical officials say it all started when a pickup truck swerved to miss another car that had pulled out in front of him. The pickup then ran into a second car, pushing it off the road, before finally crashing into the side of the apartment building.

Amazingly, no one was hurt! But the bottom-floor unit sustained heavy damage. Crews remained at the scene for hours, working with building inspectors to ensure the safety of the building.
